This is a speciality shop for typical Spanish fans or ‘abanicos’, shawls, walking sticks and umbrellas and is located right on Madrid’s main plaza, the Puerta del Sol square.Founded in 1858 by Manuel de Diego, the successors in the business have continued to specialise in the manufacturing, selling and repairing of fans, umbrellas, parasols, walking sticks, shawls and castanets.

All the items are first-quality and hand-made and some are real works of art, like the fan used by Princess Leticia at her royal wedding.
